Day 01 : Chengdu-Shimian (5hours) – Luding (3 hours)
Visit: Shimian: Anshun Old Town; Red Army Crossing Memorial; Red Army Command Posts and other sites.

Day 02 : Luding-Kangding - Xindu Bridge (4 hours)
Visit: famed Luding Bridge
Xindu Bridge (all day)

Day 03 : Xindu bridge-Tagong –Bamei - Danba (4hours)
Visit: Tagong: Tagong Monastery
Bamei: Huiyuan Monastery (the 5th Dalai Lama stayed here)
Danba: Visit Jiaju Tibetan village, Sopo Tibetan tower-castle.

Day04: Danba- Xiaojin(2hours)– Mt. Siguniang(1.5hours)
Visit: Xiaojin: Site of First and Fourth Red Armies meeting
Mt. Siguniang: Shuangqiao Gou

Day 05 : Mt. Siguniang- Zhuo Keji Guanzhai – Hongyuan (6 hours)
Visit: Zhuo Keji Guanzhai, site of Long March route

Day 06 Hongyuan –Chuanzhu Temple –Songpan (3 hours )
Visit: Hongyuan: The first bend of the Yellow River; Ruoergai Prairie: Red Army passed through these beautiful wetlands. Chuanzhu Temple: Third and Fourth Red Armies joined forces here.

Day 07 Songpan –Dujiangyan (4.5 hours) – Chengdu(0.5 hour)- Xi'an
Visit: Dujiangyan: Dujiangyan irrigation system. Take train overnight to Xian.

Day 08 Xi'an
Visit: Huxian Folk Art Museum

Day 09. Xi'an - Yan'an
Visit: Hukou waterfalls on the Yellow River

Day 10. Yan'an - Zhidan - Wuqi
Visit: Zhidan: Zhidan former residence of Chairman Mao; Zhidan Red Army Martyrs' Memorial
Wuqi: Site of end of the Long March

Day 11. Wuqi - Yan'an
Visit: Mt. Shengli; back to Yan'an about noon
Zaoyuan: cave dwelling where Mao Zedong lived, Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Yangjia Ling: site of the Community Party headquarter

Day 12. Yan'an - Xi'an
Visit: Eighth Route Army Office of the Eighth Route Army in Xi'an from 1937 to 1946;
Shaanxi History Museum; traditional street. End of tour
